Our commitment
2U Chat Pty Ltd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping minors safe across every product in the 2u.chat ecosystem, including My AI.
Minimum age
2u.chat is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Accounts found to belong to users below the minimum age will be suspended.
Standards
- Generation, sharing, solicitation or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited.
- My AI is configured to refuse to generate sexual content involving minors and to refuse voice cloning of minors without verifiable parental consent.
- Grooming, sextortion, or any sexualised contact with minors is strictly prohibited.
Reporting
To report suspected CSAM or any child-safety concern on 2U, email admin@2u.chat with subject line "Child Safety Report". We aim to respond within 24 hours.
We cooperate with law enforcement and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC) as required by law.

If your child has a 2U account and you'd like it removed, please contact admin@2u.chat with proof of guardianship.
