2U Chat Pty Ltd ("2U", "we", "us") operates the 2u.chat application and website. You can reach us at admin@2u.chat.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: phone number, 2U number, basic profile.
- Voice & content: voice samples you provide to train My AI, messages and media you choose to send.
- Usage data: device, app version, diagnostics, and crash reports.
3. How we use it
To provide 2U Chat and My AI features, secure your account, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Encryption
Messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read your private content. Voice models are stored encrypted and are accessible only to your account.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from in-app settings, or by emailing admin@2u.chat.
6. Children
See our Child Safety page. 2u.chat is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
