1. Agreement
By creating a 2U account or using 2u.chat, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The service is provided by 2U Chat Pty Ltd.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your 2U number, password and voice credentials. Tell us immediately at admin@2u.chat if your account is compromised.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use 2U for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or harassing activity.
- Do not impersonate others or clone the voice of someone who hasn't consented.
- Do not abuse My AI to spam, scam or generate illegal content.
4. AI-generated content
You own the prompts and source material you provide. AI-generated outputs are your responsibility — review before sending or publishing.
5. A2U points
A2U is a non-transferable platform credit (1 A2U = 5 RMB locked). A2U cannot be redeemed for cash by the company and is not a security or a cryptocurrency.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2U Chat Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
